せきねちあみは札幌とニューヨークを拠点にしたビジュアルアーティスト・イラストレーターです。
日本のポップカルチャーと西洋の抽象画の技法をミックスさせています。動物、風景を描いたちょっと不思議な作品達は、アメリカ、日本で展示されています。

Chiami Sekine is a visual artist and illustrator based in Sapporo, Japan and New York, US. 
Her artwork combines elements of Japanese pop culture and western abstract painting techniques.  Her whimsical paintings of animals and other subjects are shown in United States and Japan. 

Chiami has received a number of awards for her work:  Society of Illustrators, Creative Quarterly Magazine of the Journal of Art & Design, CMYK Magazine, Northern National Art Competition.  She is represented by STUDIO Gallery in San Francisco.
